NO TICKETS WILL BE DELIVERED BY MAIL. All ticketing is electronically transmitted to the venue/artist which will verify the ticket at the time of the event. To gain admittance ticket holders MUST PRESENT A COPY OF THEIR RECEIPT WITH PROPER ID.
BandChi! TicketsWILL NOT PROCESS ANY REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All refunds must be requested from the venue/artist. Neither BandChi! Productions nor the venue will issue refunds to tickets sold to underage patrons. Refunds are not issued by the venue/artist unless the event has been cancelled.
