BandChi! Tickets is an online ticketing system and operates solely as a distribution agent on behalf of artists and venues. BandChi! Tickets is not responsible or liable for any misrepresentation, event proceedings, content or quality of shows, or held liable in any way for personal loss, injury or death as a result of attending any show. Any legal claims or request for refunds must be made to the host venue/artist and are of no responsibilty of BandChi! Tickets.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BandChi! Tickets WILL NOT PROCESS ANY REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All refunds must be requested from the venue/artist. Neither BandChi! Productions nor the venue will issue refunds to tickets sold to underage patrons. Refunds are not issued by the venue/artist unless the event has been cancelled.
NO TICKETS WILL BE DELIVERED BY MAIL. All ticketing is electronically transmitted to the venue/artist which will verify the ticket at the time of the event.
Ticket holders MUST PRESENT A COPY OF THEIR RECEIPT WITH PROPER ID at the time of the event to gain admittance to the show.
Patrons hereby acknowlege these conditions by completing an online ticket purchase.
